BUYING FROM THIS SITE

Orders may be placed via this site and paid for by direct bank transfer. Once payment has been received, I will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible – usually within 1 or 2 working days*. I will advise you if there is likely to be any significant delay.

*Custom orders can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks to complete (shipping time not included) depending on the complexity of the piece.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped you should receive your package between 1-9 working days (depending on where you live). A tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress.

Please ensure that you provide accurate contact and shipping details.

I cannot accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to being provided with incorrect details, or for damage caused to works whilst in transit.

Shipping Fees

Shipping in Morocco is free. However, I do charge for international shipping. Shipping fees will automatically be added after you enter you mailing address (from 300 MAD/ 30 USD).

Cancellations, Returns, Refunds

I will strive to make sure you love everything about your purchase!

If you change your mind you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the items.

Please note that works can only be returned if they are unopened and undamaged. Keep in mind that you will be responsible for the return delivery charge, but I will refund you the full amount that you have paid for the work. The refund will be only issued if the work is received by me and is in a good condition.

Returns and refunds for custom orders are not accepted.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained in this website is correct, I cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur. I reserve the right to modify or remove work from sale, or to change prices, without prior notice.

By placing an order through this site you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions.
