Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes I do! Shipping fees will depend on where you live.

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping?

Shipping in Morocco is free. However, I do charge for international shipping. Shipping fees will automatically be added after you enter you mailing address (from 300 MAD/ 30 USD).

When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?

Once payment has been received, I will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible – usually within 1 or 2 working days. Once your order has been shipped you should receive your package between 1-9 working days (depending on where you live). A tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress. I will advise you if there is likely to be any significant delay.

I Want To Order a Customized Piece, How Do I Do It?

You can head over to the Custom-made page to have a look at all the available designs. If you see something you like just click on the Select options button and you’ll be taken to a page where you should fill in the details of your choise (Size, colors, text/name), then click on Add to Cart, proceed to checkout and once you submit the form you will be redirected to payment details . A confirmation email will be sent to you with more details.

How Much Time Should I Wait For My Customized Piece To Be Completed?

Custom orders are processed in the order that they are received. “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED”

Please keep in mind that a customized piece can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks to complete (Shipping time not included) depending on the complexity of the piece.

How Do I Pay?

Orders placed via this site are paid for by direct Bank transfer.

After you proceed to checkout and once you submit the form you will be redirected to payment details . A confirmation email will be sent to you with more details.

What If I Want To Return My Purchase?

I will strive to make sure you love everything about your purchase!

If you change your mind you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the items.

Please note that works can only be returned if they are unopened and undamaged. Keep in mind that you will be responsible for the return delivery charge, but I will refund you the full amount that you have paid for the work. The refund will be only issued if the work is received by me and is in a good condition.

Returns and refunds for custom orders are not accepted.

Do You Sell Patterns or Kits? 

I don’t currently have either of those available but may explore this in the future!

What About Workshops? 

I also don’t do workshops but hope to do this some time in the future.
